DESCRIPTION:State policymakers are gathering community input to develop an Advanced Clean Trucks (ACT) rule that promotes clean\, electric trucks in North Carolina. The NC Dept. of Environmental Quality will hold a public hearing and listening session in Burlington on Monday\, January 23. Please attend to help shape the ACT and cut tailpipe emissions across NC’s highways and communities. \nRegistration is required — register here. \n  \n\nAdditional public hearings will take place in Charlotte\, Pembroke\, and virtually.
