DESCRIPTION:State policymakers are gathering community input to develop an Advanced Clean Trucks (ACT) rule that promotes clean\, electric trucks in North Carolina. The NC Dept. of Environmental Quality will hold a public hearing and listening session in Pembroke on Wednesday\, January 25.
