Robert A. Parr, DO is a former Biological Oceanographer and retired Emergency Physician. He first became interested in the health effects of air pollution in 2008 when local citizens and medical providers organized opposing Titan America’s plans to locate the fourth largest cement plant in the world in New Hanover County.
