State officials are developing an Advanced Clean Trucks (ACT) rule that promotes clean, electric trucks in North Carolina—and they want to hear community input. The NC Department of Environmental Quality has been holding a series of public hearings to listen to our ideas, concerns, and priorities for cleaning up transportation in NC.
