Please join us in welcoming our three newest staff members, who are dedicated to implementing their skills into the nonprofit space and our CleanAIRE NC community. These new additions will make a strong impact on our Health program and our Marketing & Communications team.
Emily is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received her Master of Social Work degree from UNC-Chapel Hill with a concentration in mental health. She has experience working in hospital settings, workplace health programming, transitional community housing, private mental health practice, and for a population and workforce health and well-being think tank.
As our new Health Manager, will steward a well-informed, diverse group of medical and health professionals who effectively advocate for CleanAIRE NC’s healthy air and climate policy priorities and coordinate educational
programming with our partners.
Peyton is a multimedia content creator focused on communicating with broad audiences through video production, graphic design, and written skills. From a young age, she developed a passion for reading fiction that became so strong she began writing her own stories. This hobby led her to seek others with similar interests, immersing herself in an online community of other readers who produced weekly video content. Once she began creating her own videos, she amassed thousands of followers and grew a new love for producing video content and managing social media accounts. As one of our new Marketing and Communications Coordinator will help amplify our message, engage with our target audience, and inspire action towards a cleaner and greener future in the state.
Aaron is a young and ambitious professional digital marketer with experience in a multitude of fields from working within nonprofit organizations, the sports industry, and the field of education. Aaron’s expertise is in the field of Social Media Management & Content Creation, as he brings a skill set that includes Graphic Design, Photography, Social Media Analytics, Digital Marketing Strategy, Article & Blog Writing, and Website Management to the forefront. As one of our new Marketing and Communications Coordinators, he will play a crucial role in raising awareness about CleanAIRE NC’s mission to restore clean air and fight climate change in North Carolina.
