Andrew leads CleanAIRE NC’s policy and advocacy activities, engaging with government officials, communities, and partners on environmental justice, air quality, clean energy, and other pressing societal challenges.
Born and raised in Raleigh, Andrew grew up exploring North Carolina’s coast and mountains and developed a passion for dialogue around the intersection of environmental protection, health, and economic livelihoods.
Prior to joining CleanAIRE NC, Andrew led policy, advocacy, and strategic initiatives in clean energy, electric vehicle, and energy efficiency sectors. He has worked with federal and state policymakers, regulated electric utilities, and private companies.
Andrew holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Davidson College.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing guitar, traveling, and watching college basketball.
