The clean energy transition is moving at a rapid pace and North Carolina has been leading the way. There has been significant development in both the clean energy industry and state policy over the past two years. In advance of the upcoming 2022 North Carolina legislative session, current and prospective lawmakers, staff, and advocates are invited to join Climate Cabinet Education, CleanAIRE NC, North Carolina League of Conservation Voters, and the National Caucus for Environmental Legislators for a nonpartisan public virtual event to learn more about the current clean energy legislative landscape. The event will include a presentation on existing policies, a presentation on best climate communication practices from behavioral science, and an interactive panel of leaders in this space. Guest speakers will include Kym Hunter (Southern Environmental Law Center), Ivan Urlaub (NC Sustainable Energy Association), Claire Williamson (NC Justice Center), and Daisha Williams (CleanAIRE NC).

Please join us on March 1st, 7pm ET for this educational opportunity.

Registration is required.
