The NC Carbon Plan will determine how we transition to clean energy and ensure a just and equitable future for all communities. Lawmakers are actively seeking public input to ensure the Carbon Plan reflects the needs and aspirations of all NC residents, and have scheduled a series of public hearings across the state, including a virtual hearing on April 23rd.
