We’re thrilled to welcome Anisha Sharma, Education Manager, to the CleanAIRE NC team!
Anisha is a recent graduate of Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sustainable Development and Sustainable Technology. Her passion for community development and her lived experiences guide her in her work to support equitable climate solutions. Highlights of her experience include being a former Wind Power Fellow with Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy (WRISE), serving as President of the Appalachian State University Renewable Energy Initiative, and volunteering with local nonprofits and municipalities to support sustainability initiatives.
Anisha is excited to begin her role as Education Manager, supporting the success of community engagement, advocacy, and outreach initiatives for various CleanAIRE NC programs.
