Carmen D’Agostino is a graphic designer with a strong foundation in visual storytelling, brand consistency, and accessible communication. She brings several years of experience across print, digital, and multimedia design, using creativity as a tool to clarify complex ideas and support mission-driven work.
Before joining CleanAIRE NC, Carmen worked in a range of creative environments including media production, film, apparel, and print, where she developed branded marketing materials, digital assets, layouts, and production-ready designs. Her approach is rooted in strong design fundamentals—typography, color theory, composition, and usability—and shaped by close collaboration with teams, clients, and external partners to bring ideas from concept to execution.
At CleanAIRE NC, Carmen supports the organization’s advocacy, education, and outreach efforts by creating clear, engaging visuals that strengthen public understanding of environmental and public health issues. She believes thoughtful design plays a critical role in equity-centered storytelling and community engagement, helping ensure important messages are both accessible and impactful.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Carmen enjoys North Carolina’s changing seasons and spending time outdoors whenever possible—often taking long walks with her rescue Chihuahua of nearly eight years. She draws inspiration from the connection between people, place, and the environments they call home.
